Today, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Dr. Ana and her incredible team for showing me something that goes far beyond professional care — genuine compassion, kindness, and humanity.
Going through cancer has been one of the scariest and most difficult experiences of my life. When you face an illness like this, you realise how precious life is and how much a little kindness, understanding, and warmth can mean. Returning to Dr Ana Skin Clinic today was an emotional moment for me, and the way Dr Ana welcomed me back touched my heart more than words can express.
Dr Ana is not only an exceptionally talented and highly skilled doctor, but, above all, a truly wonderful woman with a beautiful heart. She understands that illness does not discriminate, that life can change for any of us, and that behind every face is a person with feelings, fears, and a story. Her compassion made me feel welcomed, understood, and cared for at a time when I needed it most.
A very special thank you to Kelly, with whom I shared a few tears today. Sometimes, words are simply not enough, and it is in these emotional moments that the true kindness of another person shines through. Thank you for your warmth, understanding, and for making me feel that I was not just another client walking through the door.
Thank you also to Anastasia and Amna for being part of such a lovely and caring team. Every one of you contributed to making my return feel special, and I will carry that kindness with me.
Dr Ana, you are a beautiful reminder that being a great doctor is not just about knowledge, talent, or skill — it is also about having the heart to care for people when life becomes frightening and uncertain.
Cancer may change many things in life, but it also makes you appreciate the truly special people who cross your path. Today, I was reminded that kindness can bring comfort, tears can be shared with understanding, and compassion can make even the hardest journey feel a little less lonely.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you, Dr Ana, Kelly, Anastasia, and Amna. You are all wonderful, and I feel genuinely grateful to have been welcomed back by such a special team.

Wow … what a lovely experience from making the appointment and having the signature hydra facial … Kelly was very thorough in all the treatment…. So relaxing I actually fell asleep. I had an appointment with Ali this time. He was extremely knowledgeable about good skin care and the combinations of products and treatments that can be used. Anastasia gave further advice about skin care.  I bought a few items that I am delighted with.

I have visited Dr Ana Skin Clinic a few times over the last couple of months, and each experience has been excellent. The staff are amazing and always so welcoming, which makes every visit feel comfortable and pleasant. I highly recommend Dr Ana • The Skin Clinic! ❤️ From the very beginning, I felt comfortable, welcomed, and well looked after.

Dr Ali took the time to make sure I understood everything clearly. He listened carefully to my expectations, addressed all my concerns, and gave me his professional and honest opinion about what would be best for me. I really appreciated his individual approach and honesty — there was absolutely no pressure to have any unnecessary treatments. In fact, he actually advised me against some of the treatments I had been considering myself, which made me trust his professional judgement even more.

I am 100% happy with my experience and felt completely comfortable throughout the whole appointment.

Amna at reception was also absolutely lovely, friendly, and very helpful. She patiently answered all my questions and explained everything clearly without making me feel rushed.
