Dr Ali took the time to make sure I understood everything clearly. I really appreciated his individual approach and honesty — there was absolutely no pressure to have any unnecessary treatments. In fact, he actually advised me against some of the treatments I had been considering myself, which made me trust his professional judgement even more.

I am 100% happy with my experience and felt completely comfortable throughout the whole appointment.

Amna at reception was also absolutely lovely, friendly, and very helpful. She patiently answered all my questions and explained everything clearly without making me feel rushed.

Kelly was absolutely lovely — friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the HydraFacial and how it deeply cleanses, exfoliates and hydrates the skin. She made sure I felt comfortable throughout, and the treatment itself was fantastic. My skin felt instantly refreshed, deeply cleansed and noticeably more hydrated, with a smoother texture and a healthy, radiant glow. It also looked clearer and more even, with pores feeling less congested and my complexion visibly brighter.

Such a positive experience from walking through the door to leaving. I’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend Kelly. Looking forward to using some products I dr used to buy grom them
