Kelly was absolutely lovely — friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the HydraFacial and how it deeply cleanses, exfoliates and hydrates the skin. She made sure I felt comfortable throughout, and the treatment itself was fantastic. My skin felt instantly refreshed, deeply cleansed and noticeably more hydrated, with a smoother texture and a healthy, radiant glow. It also looked clearer and more even, with pores feeling less congested and my complexion visibly brighter.

A filler dissolver is an injectable treatment that uses an enzyme called hyaluronidase to break down and dissolve hyaluronic acid-based dermal fillers. It is used to reverse the effects of filler if the results are unsatisfactory or if complications arise.

How does the filler dissolver treatment work?

The treatment involves injecting hyaluronidase into the area where the filler is to be removed (which is why it’s so flexible and precise). The enzyme breaks down the hyaluronic acid in the filler, allowing it to be naturally absorbed by the body over time.

How long does it take to see results from a filler dissolver?

You’ll usually see results within 24 to 48 hours after treatment. In some cases, it may take up to a week for the full effects to become visible as the filler continues to break down.

Will the filler dissolver affect my natural tissues?

Hyaluronidase targets the hyaluronic acid in fillers and has minimal impact on the body’s natural hyaluronic acid. In rare cases, some natural tissue may also be affected, which is why it’s important that the treatment is performed by a trained professional. We will advise you of any risks.

Can all types of fillers be dissolved?

No, the filler dissolver treatment is only effective on hyaluronic acid-based fillers. Other types of fillers, such as those made from calcium hydroxyapatite will need a different approach. Please ask your Dr Ana practitioner for appropriate advice.
