What to Expect
On arrival
You will be greeted by our expert team with a complimentary beverage & condiments menu followed by completion of written medical consent documentation. We will proceed to capture before-imaging in our Photo Lab which are stored confidentially for comparison purposed only. These images will not be shared in line wirth our clinic policy ensuring we have utmost respect for our patients’ privacy. You may additionally arrive 30 minutes early to undergo complimentary LED-light therapy in our Relaxation lounge, this is optional as per your preference.
During the procedure
Our highly qualified advanced laser practitioner will talk you through the treament details and deliver the treatment using the Aerolase Neo Elite with utmost precision & care. We utilise only industry-leading premium products & equipment for all of our treatment offering.
Aftercare
You will recieve verbal & written aftercare instructions detailing safe and effective maintenance of your results. A 24-hour out of hours phone number with direct access to our medical director will be shared with you to contact in the unlikely event of a concern after your treatment. We offer an optional three to four month face-to-face or virtual follow-up appointment with our expert practitioner where you will have the opportunity to review your results & discuss maintenance recommendations.
