I really appreciated his individual approach and honesty — there was absolutely no pressure to have any unnecessary treatments. In fact, he actually advised me against some of the treatments I had been considering myself, which made me trust his professional judgement even more.

I am 100% happy with my experience and felt completely comfortable throughout the whole appointment.

Amna at reception was also absolutely lovely, friendly, and very helpful. She patiently answered all my questions and explained everything clearly without making me feel rushed.

Kelly was absolutely lovely — friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the HydraFacial and how it deeply cleanses, exfoliates and hydrates the skin. She made sure I felt comfortable throughout, and the treatment itself was fantastic. My skin felt instantly refreshed, deeply cleansed and noticeably more hydrated, with a smoother texture and a healthy, radiant glow. It also looked clearer and more even, with pores feeling less congested and my complexion visibly brighter.

My skin looked noticeably brighter and more refreshed immediately afterwards, which I was really happy with. Everyone at the clinic was so friendly and welcoming, and the environment is beautiful and very relaxing too.
