Please arrive 15 minutes early to your appointment time in order to complete the required paperwork which needs to be renewed at each session.

 

If you opt for numbing cream, please arrive 30-60 minutes prior to your appointment time and request numbing from our reception team upon arrival. Please note your early arrival time for numbing cream must take place within our opening hours, therefore no earlier than: Mondays/Wednesdays/Saturdays 9am, Tuesdays/Thursdays 11am and Fridays 10am.

 

Your appointment will take place at Doctor Ana The Skin Clinic, 3 Calthorpe Road, B15 1QP, Edgbaston Birmingham.

There is private parking freely available to our patients as indicated with signposts: Two dedicated spaces immediately in front of the shopfront windows as well as four private parking spaces at the back of the clinic (turn in on the road adjacent to James Bushell hair salon to access these).

 

Please note that our cancellation policy is 48 hours, any cancellation within less than 48 hours or missed appointments will result in your otherwise redeemable booking deposit being forfeited. Consultation fees are non-refundable but fully redeemable within 4 weeks.

 

Please note that you must pause your retinol/retinoid/vitamin A as well as any acid-based products 3-5 days before any skin treatments such as Hydrafacials, microneedling or lasers. This is not necessary for injectable treatments.
